"Leahy Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job with our HVAC installation. From the beginning, they were honest, professional, and easy to work with. The pricing was fair and clearly explained, and we never felt pressured or pushed into anything we didn’t need. The install was clean, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Leahy Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone needing a new AC system, heat pump installation, or HVAC service in Gainesville and the surrounding North Central Florida area."

"The compressor was working fine but inside air handler was not blowing air. So we called Ray French to give us an estimate and make the needed repairs as we have done for the past 20 years. Rob showed up at our residence the same day and replaced the parts needed in both the compressor and the air handler. The blower inside the air handler was removed and stabilized. Because our A/C was installed in 2000 we feared that the whole system might need replacement at a price we could not afford. No fear. Rob made the necessary repairs and replacement parts and it is running again just like new. As Rob put it, perfect is better than good. Without hesitation we would call him again. There was no discussion or pressure to replace the system because these skilled workmen treat customers like family and have been doing so since 1961. Phillip E."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

My a/c stopped working due to a clogged condensation drain. The technician was at my home the very next morning, cleared the clog and got the a/c working within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the professionalism, I asked if they had any kind of semi-annual service that I could sign up for. The technician said that they do offer that service, but I don't need it since my system is new and in good shape and that I would just be wasting my money. All I need for a few more years is an annual check up for just $75 per visit.

As a contrast, a previous a/c service came to my home to clear the drain just a few months before and he DID try to sell me their $200 semi-annual check-up service...even though I didn't really need it.

I've recommended Hurm to several friends who got stuck with broken a/c systems in the heat of the summer, and all have been just as pleased.
