"These guys are outstanding. Complex job, flat and pitched large roof requiring extensive wood replacement and adding Seminole code required slight pitch to flat roof. These guys worked slowly and carefully. Took more time that I thought but then I realized that is a good thing because they were being meticulous. They cleaned up each night. Courteous. I was impressed. Fair price...not the cheapest but in our case we got what we paid for."

"I hired the company for the Dryer Vent cleaning. The process was quick and reasonably priced. The team was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. One thing that surprised me a little was the roof was left dirty. My husband ended up sweeping and picking up what was left behind. But, I still will rehire them in a heartbeat."

"I'm a little late on my review, but we hired JC Masonry in June 2015 and had brick re-pointing done on our house where some of our mortar was falling out between our bricks, and the owner and his son were out at our house for several days, and even worked around our exterior painters that ended up being there at the same time due to rain delays that summer. These guys did a great job on our house, the new mortar matched perfect after it cured completely, and we are still VERY satisfied with the work completed! I would definitely recommend them for brick repairs/re-pointing!"

"I am holding my final review to see if Roof Top Services live up to their rating. I picked them for their rating and they had the services I needed. GacoFlex silicone coating was put on patio roof, which also covers part of master bedroom in July. September 2nd we developed a leak in master bedroom, above area that was sealed.Since this was Labor Day weekend I did not call until Tuesday 4th. I was told someone would call back, which never happened. Wednesday called again and I was transferred to Debbie who had my file but could not say when they could have someone come out to look at this. She would ask someone else to see if they could free up someone to come over to take a quick look. They were very busy. No call back no one showed up. I gave them Thursday without calling hoping they would contact me. Called again Friday, left message for Debbie,no response. She was out of office. Called back in afternoon,Debbie had just got back but was nowhere to be found. Left another message. Monday the 10th someone else contacted me to let me know someone would be out to evaluate the leak on Thursday 14th. On Wednesday the 13th the employee who originally applied the coating showed up at 1:30pm with a different coating to seal the seams in the patio roof. It was determined that small pinholes along the seams did not dry properly therefor water could seep through these areas. I am happy that this was resolved and no one was ever rude to me. I thought that since they repaired my roof with a warranty that it would not take over a week to get it fixed. Thankfully it only rained briefly in that time frame. Also there was never any mention to repair the ceiling which developed the leak. The people are nice enough but the service , I feel, was not done in a timely manner."

"The old unit was removed quickly but the new unit did not fit. Had to order the correct size which was done very quickly and David was ontop of this and had the new fireplace on order and installed with in a few days. The old fireplace was covered so this was understandable. After the new fireplace was installed, we noticed multiple gouges in the front of the fireplace ( after the installers left). Called David and was told they would send someone out to repaint the front. Amor a week later the installers came back out and spray painted the front of the fireplace. Unfortunately the new color is not black it's a dark brown and looks a bit off. They promptly took care of everything but I was disappointed that the scratches ( down to bare metal) were missed in the first place, and their fix didn't match the original paint. I would hire again but be more vigilant before accepting the final product."

"When I called Brian Sikes roofing, Mr. Sikes drove out himself and went on my roof to measure for an estimate. He was one of only two roofers out of several, who actually noticed that our previous roof had shingles mistakenly installed on a low-sloped area that should have been covered with modified bitumen. In addition, unlike the other roofers I interviewed, his roofing customers don't pay a dime until everything is completed, passes inspection, and the customer is happy with the work. There's no upfront deposits or credit card holds required with his honest company. Also, he does not sub-out roofing work. Furthermore, he has three teams, comprised of two new roof teams, and one roof repair team, and the team members have been working with him for several years, so they are guys he knows and trusts. During my roofing estimate, Mr. Sikes answered all of my questions, including why he prefers one shingle brand over the other for longevity, and he did not rush me or try to be pushy, nor did he try to sell me things I did not need-he did quite the opposite. Even though he offers his customers metal roof options, when I expressed interest in getting an expensive metal roof, instead of hounding me to sign on the dotted line and leave a deposit, like a surprisingly popular and highly-rated metal roofing company I had called, Mr. Sikes was upfront and honest and actually convinced me NOT to select a metal roof, as he told me 1/3 of my roof had too low of a slope for metal roofing. I asked a reputable metal roof manufacturer about the slope of my roof, and they agreed that Mr. Sikes is correct, and that the popular metal roofing company I had called previously, would have installed the metal roof against manufacturer recommendations. That just goes to show the difference of a roofing company that cares about their customer's best interest, versus a roofing company that just focuses on their bottom dollar. Mr. Sikes was so unlike any of the other roofers who I had interviewed for our roofing job, that I quickly called him to let him know that he won our business, the same day of his estimation presentation. Our re-roofing appointment was scheduled quickly thereafter for early the following month, and an Amazing lady by the name of Saundra, who works in Mr. Sike's office, patiently helped me with the daunting task of choosing a shingle color, by sending me home with lots of sample boards, as well as some physical location recommendations where I could see installed roof colors-choices in person, in my area. Mr. Sikes also helped me choose a color for the modified bitumen to compliment the shingle color I had chosen. When I made the special request to have hardie board installed in a water-problem area, and to have a rusted chimney chase cover replaced with one in stainless steel, Mr. Sikes even went out of his way to take care of my special requests, including increasing the size of a roof stack for a bathroom exhaust fan. Everyone on the Brian Sikes crew was courteous, and they tried their best to be careful around my various plants and flowers growing around my yard. The only thing I would ask for the crew to do, would be to clean up bottles and trash at the end of each day, rather than just waiting to clean up at the end of the job-which they did very well. Overall, I would definitely recommend Brian Sikes Roofing to whomever is in need of a new roof or simply a roof repair. They are an excellent company that stands behind their work and puts their customers, first. Their prices were around the middle in the estimates I received, but hiring them was definitely a great choice, as their customer service is top notch. Thank you Brian Sikes Roofing Company for the great customer service your team provided, and for the beautiful, new roof we now have installed!"
