He worked on my washer for about an hour, replaced 2 parts and - when he tested the machine - discovered that the problem was worse than what showed. The transmission was frozen, causing the newly replaced coupler housing to re-rerupture. He explained everything to me, supplied me with an invoice declaring the appliance was not repairable and only charged me the minimal repair call charge.
