There were at least three separate moments during the installation of the Sense electrical monitor where I felt like he had completed the work sufficiently, but he went back and redid it because he wasn't happy with the quality and felt it could be done better and felt compelled to do the best he could. It ended up taking him longer than he expected but he didn't feel it was fair to charge me extra for that time. Anthony was knowledgeable and conscientious. "I did not actually hire; Emanuel. Here is what happened. He called me to see what my issue was. I explained it to him, having to do with GFCI outlets and breakers I was not able to reset. He said, do you want to hop on FaceTime and show me the electrical panel? I said YES! So in the span of 8 patient minutes, he led me through how to flip the breakers fully, and safely, and then talked me through resetting my GFCI outlets underneath my kitchen sink. All while on FaceTime. I told him I wanted to pay him for his time and expertise (and laidback kindness) -- he said, nah, no problem, just call next time I have an electrical issue.
