The reason I decided to go with joe was that when I called him he showed up the same day, answered all of my questions and provided all the necessary information, throughout our conversation he never tried any sales pitch. The over all Job Joe and his crew did was great, I had a two family large house and two big parking garages done, they started at 7 am in the morning and were done by 4:30 pm and cleaned very well. If you need roof replaced Joe and his crew are the contractor to go, I will definitely hire them again."

"In June, 2017 Perfection Roofing took a day and half to remove our 30 year old roof and replace it new, beautiful blue and gray asphalt singles on both the home and garage. A rubber roof was replaced on the back of the home, too. Also, they installed an anti-bird guard on the chimney and replace the base of chimney flashing. The rep provided an overview of what would be done, explained the materials that would be used and provided an estimate of what the work would cost. We then took a few weeks to explore the different roofing colors to determine which one we'd like best on our house. We visited their small showroom to view samples, borrowed samples to take back to our house and even drove by a few homes that had prior work by Xterior Solutions to see the shingles. After deciding to move forward with the project, the provided a tentative start date and later contacted us a few days before the start date to confirm and provide some information on what to expect while the work was in progress. The crew showed up as expected on the start date and was able to strip and replace our entire roof in one day. The were able to protect a flower garden near the house by draping tarps over the plantings. After the roof was installed, the yard was clean up very well and the roof looks great!
