We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

"We had Ferguson Home Improvements return to our home to paint our sons bedroom and install a ceiling fan.  The room was a 12 x 12 room and our son had been in there as a baby.  So you could imagine the holes from posters, pictures, and just wear and tear. I had already purchased the supplies with the intention of doing this job my self but just could not find the time so we asked them to give us and estimate.  Mr. Ferguson came in and told us sense we had all the materials he would do the room for $2 a square foot and hang our ceiling fan for $125.00.  So for $420.00 they went through made all the walls perfect fixed all the nail pops and holes from the posters and pictures and repainted all the walls.  I thought it was a great deal.  The room came out just awesome we will have them back to do more at our house.  Again thank you so much Ferguson Home Improvements.

"I can't say enough good things about Live Electric. Anthony spent a lot of time with me in the planning stages (that he was not paid for) which was really important. He gave good advice on the number and placement of recessed lights and switches-- I was having a hard time visualizing the lighting in the finished space. He gave advice not based on his profit, but what he thought I really needed or didn't need. He did the same with the bathroom lighting and stereo surround wiring and placement. In fact, if not for his advice, I would have spent more money overall for unnecessary lighting, wiring and speakers. He was very patient during this process and came over several times prior to doing the work. I am completely satisfied with all the lighting, electrical, tv and stereo and have no regrets as a result. Live electric also used the best quality equipment and lighting during construction. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
