In September 2020, I began a remodel of the same bathroom and discovered mold in the adjacent interior wall. After receiving two quotes, one firm in Albuquerque for $6.2K and one in Las Cruces for $600.00 I knew that something wasn't right. I searched Home Advisor and found Gary. My initial contact and conversation was a fabulous experience. The quote for mold remediation was very fair. The pre & post tests of the air quality and mold spore count on effected surfaces was included in the remediation task. Gary and his team did a fabulous job of cleaning up post the mold remediation. "The company sent a packet with instructions to provide samples from two sites. We returned these in the Priority envelope provided. Within a few days we received an evaluation of the mold. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"

"I provided the labor to do the cleanup and it took about 2 weeks to get the job done. The process enabled the house to be completely mold safe and passed the testing the 1st time. The job was so large that Dave wasn't sure if we would pass the 1st test. We did pass because we followed Dave's advice to the letter and his on site technician made sure we clean the mold correctly. I would highly recommend him to anyone that I know!!!"

"A bit of confusion about scheduling. Text did not go through so our house was not put on schedule. Took off work at noon, but they did fit us in at 3:30. It was stated the tile did not need to be cleaned prior to sealing. In master bath right in the middle of the floor, there is drywall material that got sealed over. So an area of the grout is white, grout color is brown. Owner came out and took care of sealing. Very nice and cleaned up after. I was pleased with job until I saw master bath. Would of been an excellent rating if he would of take the time to clean the grout before he sealed it."
