"Old hot water valve would not turn off.  I broke off the knob trying to get it broke loose.  Called KSM  (on Presidents Day) and they had someone out that afternoon.  They looked at the issue, made a parts list and they were about to leave when they asked if there was anything else they needed to look at before they left.  I informed them that when replacing my washer, I had been sold straight washing machine hoses.  These hoses will not let the washer be pushed all the way back into the utility closet.  They offered to pick up the ninety degree hoses for me.  Once they returned with the parts, they were done with the job in about an hour.  They even cut out and replaced a piece of damaged drywall that was surrounding the old washer box.  I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!
