"Called before heading over, did an excellent job installing our drawer pulls in our kitchen, cleaned up after themselves and charged a fair price for the work. Will be using them again for other projects."

"They did a great job! They arrived on time and carefully removed the wall by hand, brick by brick. They were friendly to talk to and diligent workers. They cleaned up the site very well. I'm very pleased overall with their service. I would definitely hire them again."

"I had a good experience with them. I would give them an excellent, A plus. I have had them redo entire landscape, sod put in and bricks put in. They were certainly reasonable compared to the other estimates I got. They also maintain my lawn for me."

"Victor was accommodating and understanding from the beginning. It was clear from the start that he was very experienced and knowledgable. My old house in the Nob Hill / University Heights area was in desperate need of an electrical upgrade. Not much was to code any more. Victor clearly explained my options and what needed to be done, he was also very patient when I added or removed items from the project scope. He was willing to phase out the job while I was traveling between states and waiting for other contractors to finish their work. I would recommend Victor to anyone with a small OR big electrical project, and I will be calling him back with any future projects."

FAQs for shed, barn or playhouse repair projects in Albuquerque, NM

You’ll know it’s time for a new shed roof if shingles curl or buckle, soft spots sag, or water stains appear inside. Moss or other plant growth on the surface is another red flag that moisture has breached the roofing layers. Replacing the roof quickly stops leaks from spreading, protects stored items, and saves you from costlier structural repairs down the road.

Choosing between a flat and a sloped shed roof comes down to climate, budget, and upkeep. A flat roof is cheaper up front, but still needs a slight pitch for drainage. A sloped roof sheds rain and snow more easily, lasts longer, and often needs less maintenance. Weigh your local weather patterns, the look you want, and how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep before deciding.

A shed roof’s life span hinges on the material you choose and how well you maintain it. Most standard products last 15 to 30 years, while premium picks like slate or clay tile can protect the structure for 50 to 100 years. Regular inspections, fast fixes, and routine cleaning all help you reach the upper end of those ranges and keep your tools and gear dry year-round.
