On the 17 April 17 Eric showed up and started the grout cleaning and completed the job in about 4 hours. The grout had not been cleaned for 10 years and was nearly black. He did a great job, the grout lines were a light gray again and tile look like new. He sealed the grout lines and left the space clean. Eric was very careful working around the furniture we were not able to move. It was a real joy to hire someone who is so professional and pleasant. He also took down the old 4 x 4 Mexican tile off the wall and installed new Mexican tile for the baseboard on the wall and around the bottom of a kiva fireplace. Everything looked beautiful after he completed the job. They were on time, friendly. professional and cleaned up when they were done. They definitely take pride in their work.
