Al had the challenge as PM to coordinate demolition, new flooring on 1st level, electrical changes, cabinet installs and new fixtures that we purchased. They installed new disposal and ceiling fixture at no charge. No change orders on project. No gaps on work sequence. Finished in half of the contracted days. Great company, designer and PM."

Denis, the JW Technician who was sent to my home to conduct the work, was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Due to an unknown pre-existing issue that necessitated cutting into the dry wall in the bulk-head (above my stove), the job ended up taking approximately 3 hours longer than what was originally projected. That being said, Denis devised a successful solution to deal with the unexpected snag, repaired the drywall and expertly painted the entire wall. "Navid and the team did so many things for my house- EV charger installation in the garage, ceiling lights in several rooms, TV mount on a wall that needed extra supports (basically mounted on the wall that originally couldn't hold it). They also did re-doing fences and deck for the other house we own. All excellent work and Navid's attention to fine details were so much appreciated. He would suggest things I didn't think of when I asked for things - like symmetry of ceiling lights and locations to increase possible sales value, location of EV charger based on my height, and more and more. They clean after their work as well. Also the work is excellent. Highly recommended."

"We met with a couple of contractors and liked Scott DiJulio the best - he was very knowledgable about our type of project and we felt very comfortable talking to him. The basement space where we wanted to add a bathroom was quite tricky because there was no rough in and it was not obvious how it would work. However, Scott came up with a plan that we liked a lot and we felt the price he quoted us was pretty reasonable. The whole project (which also included the addition of an egress window) took about 5 weeks to complete. All the workmen involved were very courteous and professional, and did a great job cleaning up after the project was finished. The bathroom turned out absolutely beautiful - even better than we hoped for. And we didn't even have to ask for any touch ups that we noticed needed doing because they were already all taken care of when we did the final inspection. We would definitely recommend DiJulio Contracting to others, and in fact we have already made plans ourselves to have them come back for a different project in our house."
