"Knowledgeable and friendly, good explanation of repair"

"Darroll and his assistant were courteous, Professional and very knowledgeable. Was able to unstop drain and noted another issue that I will be calling them to schedule that work."

"I had no sooner looked up Snell than they called me to set up the appointment. The office person was pleasant and efficient. She dispatched the repairman immediately and they were onsite in less than a half hour. I have never experienced such service. Diagnosis was done, parts ordered, work completed in a timely manner. This call was on an extremely cold Sunday and they did not even charge rush/ weekend fee. I could not have been happier. I strongly recommend Snell. Oh, I almost forgot; they even texted me a picture of the repairman before he arrived."

"Tech came to house and analyzed problem. Showed me what part was needed to replace. Advised me to order part, and when I received the part call him if needed to replace and test."

"I had a great experience with ARS/Manassas thanks to John Curry, their knowledgeable and professional plumber. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work, and he took the time to educate me and provide valuable advice. Thank you, John Curry and ARS/Manassas!"

"Tyriece Walker was highly professional. He was an excellent communicator all the way through. He quickly assessed the issue with my sewer drain pipe, fixed it and left everything clean. On his own, he also checked other water lines and my water heater and gave me an additional recommendation for my aging lines/equipment. I would highly recommend this company and Tyriece Walker."
