"LG Tromm washer and dryer. I contacted ND Appliance Services late on Monday. Baqir came out to look at the units on Tuesday and completed work on both on Wednesday. Outstanding work on both. Fast, efficient and very professional. Replaced drain pump and door seal on washer and completely serviced it. Rehabbed the dryer and cleaned out an exceptional amount of grit and lint. Both units look brand new and work flawlessly. Baqir is personable and professional. Arrived when scheduled and charged what was expected. He worked tirelessly and was able to obtain a hard to get door seal in less than one day. Terrific experience for a repair job in all respects. Will use this team again. Five stars for sure!!"

I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. "Bk came out to look at the exhaust fan for the stove, worked on it, found the problem, let me know the cost of labor and the parts. He stayed in communication with me as the parts were being ordered and then when i had a problem with my dryer, as they came to fix they exhaust fan, they also took a look at the dryer. We hired them to fix this and clean it out and now it works better than before. He also gave me tips on how to keep the dishwasher clean/unclogged and the washer. We will definitely keep them in mind if we need help on anything else."
