"Our house was built in 2006 and over the past 10 year, several of our neighbors have had cracked driveways and foundation issues. Within the first 5 years, we'd noticed minor cracks running north/south through the house and feared there was a larger issue in the foundation. We were scheduled for an 8a to 10a time slot and Justin Brits arrived right at 8a. He asked us a lot of questions to get a good understanding of our concerns. He then mapped our floor plan measuring each room's dimensions. Marking the center of our house as zero, Justin then measured throughout and into every corner to see where the foundation may have raised or lowered over time. It was really cool to see the measurements across our floor plan and learned the SE corner of our house was an inch higher than the NW. He then walked around the outside showing us cracks and signs of settling. Justin wasn't trying to sell us anything. He was focused on giving us detailed data on the status of our foundation and letting us know if there was the potential of future issues. He went over several things homeowners can do to prevent future foundation problems. We feel much better about the state of our foundation. It was time well spent and Justin gave us the information and education we needed. Should we have any future issues, we'll definitely call Justin with G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair."

After a couple of weeks Juan and the crew came out to our home to do the work. Again, the work was excellent.
