There were so many days of rain during this project, it was a constant battle against the rain entering the tunnels under the slab, the steamy sauna feeling of the air when the sun would come out and the swarm of mosquitoes that apparently also enjoyed the tunnels."

"Came to repair water heater. Parts still covered by warranty and my heater worked, just not reliably. Told me how to order the part, and provided phone number in the event we had a total failure. Part came in several days later, conveniently schedule part installation. He drained heater as an added maintenance and installed new part. All good. Great service, great price. Would use them again for common sense approach to service."
