"Very polite. Answered questions I had. I ordered 6 new windows, two of them had a crack in them. Mark reordered them and we are waiting for them to come in. He has not finished yet due to the 4 to 6 weeks to get the other windows in. The cauking will be done if it ever dries out. We have had a lot of rain. He also fixed another window in our house that was leaking around the bottom. He seems to be picky about his work and that suits my husband and I just fine. We are also very particular."
