"Our brick ranch house was in need of TLC on the old fiber board siding, which my wife and I have painted four times ourselves. We wanted to make the exterior maintenance free with a good quality vinyl siding. We contacted five separate companies, four of which were listed in Angie’s list, to get estimates. We chose The Home Improvement Co. They were neither the highest nor the lowest estimate. We based our decision on the reviews in Angie’s list, pictures of the work that had been accomplished on other jobs, and Matt’s straight forward honest presentation. Matt convinced us that one of the most important details of this work is an experienced crew that knows how to work with the material. We had chosen the insulated backed vinyl siding. The crew (Kevin and Rueben) and Matt arrived Friday and started the demolition on the west side of the house. We were having all the old siding removed and replaced with new board, moisture barrier, and the vinyl siding. They completed that side including cleanup in one day. The whole job was completed by the following Friday. The crew was great. They were friendly and professional, and they worked well together as a team. They answered any question we had and honored any request we made. They also wrapped all the windows and doors with aluminum coil. They transformed the exterior of our home. We are completely satisfied. We comment to each other every time we pull into the driveway how good our home looks now. We still plan on replacement windows and a new back door. "I own a house built in 1925 that previous owners left in very poor shape. I'm in the process of remodeling it. I met with Gary, Federal's owner, and immediately liked and trusted him. We talked about what kind of windows I wanted and the price range. He demonstrated a model of the one he recommened. I agreed. We met and I signed the contract and gave him a key to the house so I wouldn't have to be there. The installers came, and measured the windows. It took a few weeks for the new windows to arrive from the manufacturer, which gave me time to clear areas of construction materials for the installers to work. Federal called on a Monday to say they wanted to begin the installation on Wednesay. By Wednesday night they had all of the windows installed except for the basement, which were by far the worst. These windows had rusted metal frame set in concrete and to make matters worse the previous owner had used foam insulation to try to keep them from leaking. They were very difficult to remove. The installers completed the job on Thursday and I couldn't be more please. They did an excellent job and the new windows are perfect."

"This company was very easy to work with. Repairs were made at my parents home and they were very satisfied with the work. John was extremely patient while working with my parents to determine what needed to be done, timeframe to complete, and cost. When work was complete my parents were very happy. My husband and I are not local and we are very appreciative of the professionalism and courtesy that John and his team extended to my parents. We would use them again for future projects.

"It went just fine. I had contacted them and they were busy so we delayed it for a while. They actually I think forgot about me but I contacted them and hey came right out and took care of it. I told them initially there was no particular hurry. There was no additional cost. They throw in a few materials as well. I was expecting to pay for some materials and then they just threw it in. Once we got it scheduled, it was quite good. They came in quick and efficient. When you get involved with these timing deals,  the apprehension is that they are going to bill you for additional materials or they are going to be slow at the pace and its going to require additional time but there was nothing like that. So that was nice. They came in, quickly assessed the issue, took care of the problem, there was no need to run for materials because they had everything they needed and didn't even charge me for it. This was the first time I had used them. I've met them before."

"George Dryer was very responsive to my initial call for an estimate to add insulation to my attic.  He gave a very competitive quote and worked with me to set up a day for the work to accommodate my schedule.  The crew arrived exactly on time, were very pleasant, efficient, and professional.  The entire job took approximately 5 hours and the quality of the work was excellent.  I would definitely use Eagle again without hesitation and, if fact, will probably have them come back next year to do some work in my crawl space.

"Very good job.  Given the timing of doing this (weather) Don exceeded my expectations in getting this done.  Nothing you can do about the Indiana weather, but the job was finished in a timely, complete manner!!  The new roof looks fantastic and I am in line to have Don do additional work this spring.
