"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. "Amanda called me almost immediately after she saw my request, and she made her way down to our house within 2 hours. She is very professional and did quality work. She diagnosed the stove and oven which stopped working in the middle of cooking the night before, and identified the problem right away. Then she went to the stores to get the parts she needs to fix it. I truly appreciate Amanda's quick response, professionalism and at the end, a quality result I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Amanda and will hire her again in the future."

"They did a good job. We were happy with work and plan on using them in the future. The technicians showed up on time and even called before they showed up. They showed me other products and services they offer, but did not pressured at all. They were able to get up shelving quickly. The technicians also answered all of my questions. I saw no room for improvement. If the technicians had any problems, they would ask me beforehand. They just did a great job of keeping me involved in the job. I was very pleased."

"He did a good job. Removed and cleaned the burners. Cleaned the igniter . Furnace is running well"

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."

"Good service. He is honest and does what he says he will do. He comes when he is supposed to and does quality work. He's trustworthy."
