"Really happy with estimate but it was a little hard to coordinate for initial visit. Everything we wanted done was included in the estimate and we were able to understand and see a few options for the work. Work started in a timely manner and progressed well throughout the project which ultimately took a little less time than estimated. Very happy with the quality of the work but a few elements took a few tries since we were renovating an existing garage, not building new. Only complaint with work was on the communication side where we expected more proactive regular updates from the main contact...it was hard for us to keep with the different subs and their schedules. Value was good and sequence of payments very reasonable (3 installments). Permits included."

"Mark and Billy came the next day after I called and not only replaced the small panel with a quality Lift Master unit, but they also troubleshooted and corrected the way the garage door opened. They detected a rattle as the door opened and readjusted the spring tension etc... They also advised me where and how to properly oil all the hinges and the main center spring 4 times a year. I am very pleased with them and their work. The price was also very reasonable."

"We shopped several vendors for outbuildings at a couple of home shows.  Beachy Barns was by far the most courteous, attentive and accommodating to our needs.  Having a smaller back yard and limited space, we were not going to be a hugely lucrative customer; however, we were treated like an important customer all the way through the process.  Other companies we talked to seemed to not have the time to bother with a smaller project.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At the Fall Home Show, we worked through all of the details and ordered our shed to be built within 6-8 weeks, which was perfect for our timeline.  We received the scheduling call about 2 weeks ahead so that I could prepare the space.  The installers arrived exactly on time.  Installation took about 2.5 hours and they patiently waited on my wife to paint the parts that were going to be nestled back in the corner of the fence.  We will finish painting the exposed areas later (attached photo is the original finish). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The installers were experienced, quick, thorough and used their experience to guide the proper placement and installation of the building.  They were gracious guests and very personable. <br />"
