The job took 2 days. They didn't make a mess. They didn't leave my gates open so my dogs could escape (VERY important to me). They sealed off the work area so that dirt and dust wouldn't come into other areas of the house. They mixed concrete in my driveway but left no trace of this on departure. "DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We have had a few more rains and even one snow and there is nothing better to look at then when I see the water that is coming out of the discharge pipe that I know otherwise would be pooling in my basement and cynderblocks walls, and how that was the case for many years before we moved in.
