"If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. "Our project is still underway but we wanted to post a review for this company of how happy we have been with their work! We have been working with Caleb and Mike (owners of Better Built Northwest) since November of 2017. We hired their company to completely remodel our 1930s Tudor house in West Seattle (2000sq ft). Remodel involves raising the house to create a full basement. Complete demolition of interior. Reconfiguration of all our rooms to create 3 bathrooms, a master suite, and a brand new kitchen. Lots of exterior work as well, including a new basement entrance to our back yard, new driveway to the garage, basement foundation drainage system. New concrete floor in the basement and walkways, custom-built porch and a deck. Complete restructuring of the staircase. We can not say enough about how impressed we have been with their work! They have been AHEAD of the schedule (which is unheard of in the contractor's world), on budget, very accommodating to our requests, keeping constant contact along the way. Caleb and Mike have been great about not taking on additional work so that they can stay focused on our project and stay on track with the original timeline. Our project is scheduled to end in March of 2018. If you are looking to start a project around that timeline, you should talk to them now before they are booked up for spring. Better Built Northwest is an incredible construction company, reliable, honest, efficient, focused on quality and making their customer happy. We feel so lucky to have found these guys, especially in the middle of the busy construction season in Seattle. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend without any reservations.
