"We had 3B do more than put a new floor down, they ripped up the old and fixed the joists to lay a new floor for us. They also replaced our staircase (which friends and family continuously complement us for). They're super sturdy! We also had all of the trim removed, replaced and painted. We had carpet installed in the bedrooms and ultimately they repainted our entire upstairs living space.
