"Terence came out today for my slow kitchen drain. We have had problems with it in the past and discussed the previous issues with him. He gave me my options from snaking the current setup to replacement of different sections. We went with replacement of larger segments of our older pipe and Terence included clean outs for easier access if we ever have problems further down the drain in area that we didn’t replace. He came out right away and did a great job. I’m very happy."

"We had been having an ongoing leak coming through our ceiling that noone could seem to fix or truly take the time to locate and fix the problem but when Homeserve finally sent this plumbing company out it was a totally different experience, Connor and the other young man called ahead, arrived promptly and did a thorough job! They found the problem, fixed it, even repaired some unfinished issues the previous plumber left behind and thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves. They were professional and polite and I have nothing but positive to say about this company."

"The project was installation of a new A/C and furnace in our home. This was our first interaction with Snell, and Italo Sasso made us glad we chose the company. From the beginning, he was thorough, patient, on time, very engaging and courteous, and did exactly what he said he would do. He explained the equipment choices and his recommendations, and the quoted price was in line with our expectations and were exactly what was charged. The crew that did the installation was also prompt, courteous, and took the time to answer questions in detail. Italo also went above and beyond: shortly after the installation was completed (ahead of schedule) the A/C cut out. After the company said a tech could be at our home in the morning I called Italo to tell him about the situation and he came to our house that night, after 8:00, to investigate. He determined that the issue was not with the new equipment or installation, but a different part of the system that was malfunctioning and which he and the crew would have had no reason to be concerned about. He took the time to fix it and explain what had happened. The A/C has been working perfectly since and is a noticeable improvement over the system it replaced. We are very satisfied and recommend Snell and Italo without hesitation."

G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Flood immediately, and cleared out the blockages to the pipes and drains, plus explained in a very easy way to understand about how often the filter needed to be changed with a new dog in the house.
