"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Owen did a great job and I'll definitely reach back out to The Pipe Doctor for future plumbing needs!"

"Called around 2pm to see when they could come look at a noise in our pipes and they were at my house the next morning. Within 20 minutes he had figured out that the mystery thump we had been hearing for weeks was in fact the pressure regulator going bad. 20 minutes later it was fixed and we have had no issues since. I even got an angies list discount! We had originally been working with another company to get the problem resolved but they were unable to diagnose it. plus it took two attempts to get someone from that other company out to our house. I'm so glad we found JCT they will be getting all of our business in the future. Price was very fair and the work was well done. I only wish we would have found them sooner, just had our water heater replaced this past summer and we paid a lot more than we would have if we had used JCT.

It took him about an hour to do the job, turn the water back on and clean up. He let me know the price estimate beforehand and left the old part to show how much wear and tear it had. "Once Mr. Wilkerson arrived, I told him the problem I was having with my sink. He then started performing the work to unclog my drain. It did not take that long for him to unclog my drain and he checked to make sure it was running fine before he left. I continued to monitor the flow of the water draining in the sink. It has been a week since he performed the work on my sink and I have not had any problems so far."

"I contacted Granite Vision and spoke with Roni, explaining that because the vanity was in an awkward place in this small bathroom, I needed help to decide what was required. Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. Joseph then emailed pictures of various granite slabs since I was unable to get to their site, and within a week his team installed the top, offset sink, and my faucet. Both their installer and plumber readily answered all questions. I felt the deal was a gimmick to get the company out to my home and add extra costs for more work done and I didn't really like that, but they worked it out with me anyway and did excellent work."
