"Nice selection of finishes and colors for windows. Salesman was friendly and easy to ask questions. He provided information with out all the high pressure sales pitch. The crew that put the windows in was fast and efficient. I appreciated the wife of owner/manager also works with them. It was more comfortable having another female present rather than a bunch of men invading the house. All cleanup was performed so the job was complete. Windows look very nice, have greatly improved warmth in house. I love the fact I can open windows from the top to allow air flow without blowing papers off my desk and work area.

"Scott and Maria have been amazing to work with throughout our hail damage repairs! They answer all questions we have, respond quickly and keep us updated. Their team has done amazing work and clean up perfectly! Every step has been so quick and easy. Paying the invoice has also been convenient!"

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"We hired them to repair our Water line. Excellent."

"Hansons is replacing my roof not windows. Representative was thorough and friendly. Their pricing was consistent with other quotes with a seemingly superior product. Installation will be in a couple weeks after shingles are custom made for my home."

"Costly! Incorrect measurement of basement windows delayed installation by months. I had to recaulk inside and out, to reseal. Broken window-slider handle. My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
