"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"During initial visit Items 1 and 2 were successfully completed.  To complete the trim molding for Items 3, a specialty saw was required, but not normally carried to each job.  The Gentleman returned the second day and completed Items 3 and 4.  The door trim was completed with a custom style touch that was never discussed as part of the work effort.  The extra effort was greatly appreciated.

He was stuck somewhere and was a little late. He was finishing his job and if I was the other customer who was completing the job and doing it right, I would appreciate the fact that he didn't leave and say he would come back.
