"We told him that we weren't ready to complete the deck  project at the time and that may be why he took so long to respond with a completed "plan". The plan was certainly less professional and accurate than what my husband and I could have done ourselves.  He included an estimate for our deck (about $8,500 for a two level deck - one just 7" above the other to accommodate the difference in height of the floors in our home.  The proposed deck would be about 10x15.) He offered to quote us separately for his landscaping suggestions.
I had hoped that he would give us a ball park estimate at least for different deck material as he knew we were on the fence about which type we would go with, but he didn't.
The service wasn't AWFUL, it was just mediocre. He might be a great guy for pavers, but I would recommend him for deck or landscaping work.

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had.
