"Jeremiah was excellent.  He came to my house on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule, gave me a accurate and beyond reasonable quote and scheduled/completed the work within a week.  During the install we ran into several problems which he took care of quickly without any additional cost/fuss.  He is an excellent person to work with and took care of me from start to finish.  Can't recommend highly enough; he's my go-to heating/AC guy from here on out.  He also does plumbing so... he can be your go-to person too for most issues!  Not sure where the very few negative reviews come from but anyone who isn't a pain in the rear will appreciate Jeremiah immensely.  Thanks again!

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

I don't have to pay anything. If my refrigerator goes bye bye they will replace it for free. They are very professional. We have had them for year. They also came here for my stove because something when wrong with the door, the oven door. I have a commercial oven and he door just won't shut so something when wrong with it, and they fixed it. I pay them month to month. I'm happy with them. Price is good. We don't pay, I fix it and they, everything is paid for. I don't have to pay anything. I don't have to pay anything. Nick was very professional and prior to hiring him he told me exactly what the job would cost, so there were no surprises.
