I had two rooms that required different ceiling light installations and Klaus provided me with several different options for each install. The work was scheduled promptly and completed with the upmost professionalism and care. Klaus explained the work being performed as he went through each project enabling us to get the exact install configuration (type of light/bulb, positioning, switch options etc.) we required. "Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."
