"I think I've had Tom at both of our homes and he's done everything from TV mounts to full home theater installs. Some of the jobs are really easy for him and some of the jobs are rather difficult especially when running cables. He's very punctual and easy to communicate with. There are always issues with every project whether it's audio-visual stuff to building a pool but Tom and his son always communicate and let you know the solutions and associated cost prior to performing the work. I really do believe that the cost is a phenomenal value. I've left the house open for him while I'm not there and he goes above and beyond and takes care of my dog and sends me a picture of the closed garage door when he leaves the home. They showed up late, ripped out my fiber line within 20 minutes (costing me for emergency internet repair), didn?t bring basic tools like a ladder, and left a hole in my eave for over a month. The cameras still don?t work right at night, and Greg now ignores my messages. He even tried to charge me to fix the system he recommended. Totally unprofessional?avoid at all costs."

They had my laptop for two weeks for a simple BCD error, and after multiple broken promises, they handed it back in the exact same condition--but still kept their diagnostic fee. They even tried to charge me for a part that didn't fix anything. After asking to speak with management and explaining how absurd that was, I suddenly got a call with "good news" that I'd get a refund for the useless part. Their final excuse? That it was a Windows 11 update issue affecting "four other laptops they couldn't fix," and that they were "using AI to understand the problem" because "no computer shop could figure it out." Funny enough, I took my laptop to another shop one mile away, and it was fixed within hours. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this company."
