"Matt gave me a very fair quote to regrade my driveway to fix a drainage problem. Due to unforeseen issues with my yard, the job had to be revised which they did without complaint even though it took longer than planned. HOWEVER Their backhoe driver Troy damaged my wall furnace and also broke a window including the frame. I was promised for six months that it would be taken care of. I ordered and paid for replacing the window, frame, interior trim and removal and replacement of the siding. I was promised for months they would reinburse the cost. I paid for the furnace repair myself which was patched not replaced. They promised over and over to pay for the window repair After seven months Matt finally rerimbursed me however, this summer when it was warm enough for air conditioner to be turned on, I discovered it did not work. Having paid them $400 to move and reconnect it so that it was not damaged by the backhoe driver, I found that it had no freon in it and a leak needed to be repaired. After payin $400 for them to move it, I paid another $600 to get it working again. They also said they would put the excess dirt behind my fence rather than haul it away but when all was done, there were huge chunks of concrete besides the dirt piled back there. Matt should have been supervising these guys. Both the equipment driver and the heating and cooling guy hopefully are no longer there. They are incompetent. I ended up paying $800 extra to repair their damage plus waiting several months to get my window fixed. I suggest you find another company. While I like Matt a lot and feel overall he is honest and knowlegeable, he should be on the site and not trust these guys to do what he contracted for."
