"The pet enclosure is adequate (not beautiful), but it serves the purpose of keeping my pets safe while allowing them to enjoy being outside. The doors are just what I wanted,and the roof repairs are fine. <br /> The problems arose with the driveway. The concrete is rough, and now there is a hairline crack from one side to the other. The workers did a lot of damage to my lawn by getting concrete dust all over it, and they burned sections of grass by leaving their tools on the lawn in the hot sun. <br /> I have a brick wall around my lawn, and the bricks are covered with concrete. I tried to clean the bricks, but I was unable to get the concrete off. I called Hector about the lawn and the bricks. He came to my house to assess the damage, and he promised to return with some sod to repair the grass. He also said he would send someone to clean the concrete off of the bricks. It has been almost a month, and I have not heard from him. <br /> I had high hopes for this company. I even recommended them to some of my friends. I found that Hector was very responsive before I paid him, but now that there are issues that need to be corrected he is no where to be found. I actually have other projects to be done, but I will certainly look for someone else to do them. <br />"
