"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

He came when he said he would and was pleasant and professional. He told me the foundation was fine it was the siding being loose around the windows. He took the time to show me what I had to have fixed on the siding even tho he didn't have to go out of his way to help me find the problem. It is good to see that kind of honesty in a business.
