"Mike came and evaluated our drain in the basement, all cast iron, with metal sediment pooling in the drain to the sewer line. We had a lengthy discussion about chasing problems versus replacing the full line to where the prior homeowner replaced in 2015. We opted to not have to excavate our basement twice and fix the full sewer. Mike monitored the crew, answered any questions we had along the way. This wasn't a decision we made lightly, but we felt reassured and in good hands with the experience provided. The work was completed in three days and so far everything looks good, and we have the warranty to cover workmanship/parts anomalies. There is a reason we have the service plan with Benjamin Franklin, they might be higher cost, but the quality is there. I prefer the use of a price list any day over the pay by hour route hands down. Also, the lawn was left in very good condition considering a crane was sitting on it! I am very happy with the peace of mind that Mike/Benjamin Franklin's provided!"

"Jason Dodge did a great job. Not only did he snake the drain in no time at all but he noticed the hot and cold water were reversed on my sink faucet and in 3 minutes he corrected it no charge! He couldn't have been nicer. I was only charged $100. for the whole thing. they have definitely become my go-to plumber!"

"Nolan made sure I received all my discounts. He was very friendly as we exchanged family stories. He also interacted with my two and a half year old grandson. His work was top notch. Ross also came to put the camera down my main line and determined that I will need it jetted out. He was very efficient and made sure everything was in good working order before he left."

"Yes they were able to come same day and clean line. Lifesaver!"

"On a Monday morning, we woke up to a flooded basement bathroom floor. We called a few highly recommended Angie's List contractors, and James and his son were able to squeeze us in on Tuesday morning between appointments. They called 30 minutes before they arrived to inform us they were on their way. Once they arrived, they worked diligently to identify where the leak originated. They carefully removed only one tile from our basement bathroom shower to repair a cracked pipe in the wall under our kitchen. Once repaired, it was determined there were two more cracked pipes in the wall. They spent the better part of an hour identifying the leaks and where in the wall the cracked pipes were located. Again, they carefully cut discreet holes in the wall to repair the pipes. They recommend we have our pipes snaked to clear out any blockage and referred us to gentleman that was able to come the same afternoon. The snake he brought was 25 feet, and we were now experiencing some slight leakage under the kitchen sink. James texted us that evening to see how it went. We told him, and he said he would stop by in the morning to check everything again. After several tests of the dishwasher, full sinks, etc., it was fixed. Whatever was caught in the pipe was gone. We decided to have our main line scoped just to be safe. James said we didn't need to and recommend we cancel our appointment, but referred us to a reputable company anyway. The scope was clear, but the gentleman recommended we have our clean out replaced. My husband decided to replace the cap instead and texted James to discuss his plan to do so. James and my husband have been texting for the past few days to ensure all is well with the pipes and the cap. James and his son are incredibly thorough and follow up on their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have pipe/plumbing repairs. Thanks!"

"We had some damage to our ceiling in the basement. Sammy located and repaired & replaced the damaged pipes. Great communication about the process!"

"Upon arriving the job was a little more complex than they had hoped due to the location of the faucet, but with some creative thinking they were able to get things resolved. Even though it was more complex they decided to honor their estimate, which was about 50% less than the other quotes I received. We have a 90 day warranty on the work but have had zero issues through the first 30 days."

"Work was done to more than my expectations. Isreal is a very respectable worker and business owner. His employees were also very good at what they do and I recommend A&S drains to anyone needing any kind of plumbing, drain cleaning, or excavation work done."
