"Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. "Found out why our unit failed, (electrical). It was fixed. Also told there was a leak in refrigeration line ( which we suspected last year) but we got one more year out of it. We are satisfied that we should get a new unit because replaced Freon will be outlawed by next year and to search for a leak in the line of an older air conditioning unit is not cost effective.
