"He was prompt, professional, quick working, and reasonably priced.   He diagnosed our leak as a broken sump pump, replaced the sump pump and then also added a longer vent to our water heater.   It took less than an hour.  Cost was only $150.  I would not hesitate to call him in the future!

"I have a 101 y/o commercial building with the old boiler. Mark is the only plumber who I found that could service it. He knew what he was doing. Even when that horrible snow hit. His son came out diagnosed the pump. Replaced and serviced the radiators. Thank you"

I woke up this morning with no heat (in Northeastern Ohio!!).  Called Quality Heating's Massillon, Ohio location and explained I had no heat but would not be home until 2:30 pm.  The customer service person I talked to juggled the schedule to get a technician to my home by 4:30 the same day.  Fred showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and I had heat in less than an hour!!!

I've been a Quality Heating customer for about 20 years.  My previous home was total electric and they provided excellent service there.  I recently purchased a home with gas heat (which I haven't had experience with for 25 years) and totally trust this company and their technicians with any of my heating or cooling needs at this location.   They are friendly, professional and accommodating.  (And my dogs readily accepted the tech.  A big plus for pet lovers.)

"Everything went great! We tried to see if we can fix the problem but we were unsuccessful. So we got on Angie’s list and we hired Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The technician came in, found the problem and fixed it right away. We will most definitely hire Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you so much Mr. Rooter Plumbing Service for helping and fixing our hot water tank problem."

"I called Weatherking after we identified several issues with the HVAC systems when we did the home inspection. They were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time to perform the furnace tune up and to estimate our repair costs. The tech was very friendly and gave us a fair quote. We were able to quickly get a service call to repair everything that was on our list. That tech arrived on time and worked the entire day to fix everything. He was nice and respectful of our home. Everything was repaired to our satisfaction.
