Low & behold, each spring since it continues to leak profusely. Calling for service & submitting the online service ticket has gotten us nothing but "crickets", no return calls. The time on hold for someone to pick up is soooo long! Buyer Beware of the warranty. Not sure they want to honor any work once you fork out $28,000.00 for the window and door install. I will reach out to the BBB to file a claim."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

They remodeled the kitchen, installed a new kitchen window and two outside doors. Alan helped design the kitchen to work best for our family. The workers were on time each day and cleaned everything at the end of the day. The project was completed on time and on budget. I love my new kitchen. Will definitely call them for my next remodeling project."
