Two weeks later the light in my bathroom ceiling fan went out. I called him to come out and instead he diagnosed the problem (correctly) through text and led me through some simple steps to fix it. If I could cook like my mother I would have baked him a pie. Instead I'm writing this review so that everyone knows what a great electrician and person George is."

"These guys always do a great job.  Pete, the owner, stays on top of everything, and he has a knack for hiring people who do good work.  There are also always professional, friendly and easy to work with.
On more than one occasion, they have gone above and beyond to help me out and make sure things are right.  In one case, the general contractor for a project we were working on disappeared and Pete was instrumental in helping me clear some of the city inspections (like the smoke detectors) that the GC left hanging.
I know that sometimes people have trouble reaching Pete, and I know why.  I have personally never had that happen, so I gave them an A on responsiveness based on my own experience, but if you do have trouble getting ahold of them and you can afford to wait a week or two and try again, your patience will be rewarded.
The prices charged are reasonable: fair, but not low.  If you're determined to find the cheapest electricians in the area, I'm sure Angie's List can help with that but you're on the wrong page at the moment.  Since bad wiring can burn down my house with me inside, I'd rather skip the cheapest and get the best guys I can find.  These are them.

"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"Chris was personable and got the job done timely however... - heard him yelling/scorning an employee in a quite over the top manner - someone broke a light fixture on the stairs and instead of repairing or at least informing us they left it to the side - without telling us, turned off the power to the basement which also included a socket with a carbon monoxide detector attached so at 3am we had it beeping with a low battery - threw out all of their garbage from the job in our personal trash barrel, filling it up to the brim so with 5 days until the next trash pickup we couldn?t put any of our trash in our own barrel"
