When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."

I signed a contract at my home and later attempted to cancel within a few days after realizing I wanted to go another direction. They refused to return my deposit, even though they had not started any work, had not pulled permits, and had not ordered any materials. Most importantly, they also failed to provide the legally required "Notice of Right to Cancel" under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, which gives homeowners the right to cancel contracts signed at their residence. After multiple emails communications, they finally agreed to release me from the contract but still kept my deposit ? despite having done absolutely nothing. I consider this unfair and not in line with ethical business practices. I?ve initiate to file complaints with the Michigan Attorney General, BBB, and FTC. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time, which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning for work over 6 feet. "Hired Tittle to come out and replace and install a new sliding patio door. A kind gentleman came out to to do the job and notified me and my wife that there was rotting wood that needed to be replaced after he already removed the entire door and frame. He estimated it to be about $300 but after calling up his boss, Greg Tittle (the owner). He said that it would actually be an additional $600. We simply couldn?t afford that amount so we agreed to have the old door put back on over the phone with a lady named Chelsea who was very rude to my wife as they were discussing how to sort all of this out. The kind installer let us know that he couldn?t put the old door back on and instead placed a slab of plywood on the gaping hole in the back of our house. We were forced to allow them to do so as we have 3 small children living in the house and can?t have a giant hole exposing us to the climate outside.
