"Priced the lowest from multiple quotes. Was prompt and got to work as scheduled, friendly and professional...good guy. Not having had this type of work completed previously I assumed there would be a fix to the fascia... be sure you understand what the job entails and what is to be completed. I have no complaints but I assumed some carpentry work was to be completed as part of the project but it was not and only consisted of trapping (which did not result in a capture) and the coverage of fascia holes that the animal used to enter and exit the attic with metal screens. Peace of mind knowing nothing is in the attic is expensive but this provider was less expensive than others."
