"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Mr Bishop showed up in my time and need. He went above and beyond, in repairing my dyer, as difficult as LG dryers can be to access and work on. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I plan on using Jimmy for many of my handyman needs. I'm so happy I've found someone honest & dependable."

"Excellent service, arrived as scheduled and advised best course of action to fix the situation. Highly recommended."

"The service was great. Wayne was a perfectionist and was very detail oriented. He transformed the yard into a much nicer looking landscape. Actually, it made the house look like a newer house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"LaGrange Appliance was great, Tony's response was quick and we got the job done. Thanks LaGarange Appliance.."

"The service is not finished, he had to order some parts and has not returned. I understand this is a Holiday weekend and he should spend the time with family. Hopefully he will have the parts and finish next weekend, and I will be able to give an honest review."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
