"The repair guy came within the estimated time and resolved my water heater issue, no charge."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Provided a very good water heater, professionally installed. Fair price."

"My water heater wasn't heating the water. Serviceman taught me how to light the pilot. He was very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the service he provided."

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"Mike was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know all the options for replacing my water heater and did the work quickly and neatly. Will definitely be calling him again!"

"The technician was very proficient with the knowledge of the repair needed. He kept me abreast of everything that he was doing and made sure that I had a full understanding of what was needed to repair my issue. There's not enough space for me to say all the things that I would like to say but I hope I can sum it up by this way he has been added to my contacts and I will definitely use them again in the future great guy great personality great service!"
