"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"We purchased a special for air duct cleaning for our new home. They came and cleaned all ducts and were professional. My criticism for quality has more to do with the fact they scratched up newly painted walls and baseboards with the vacuum and hosing. That may be something that is unavoidable, but I certainly did not expect it. They seemed to do a thorough job, but as I've never had this service before, I'm not able to truly rate."

"The service pro was nice enough. Unfortunately, I had to pay around $79 more for the 2nd A/C unit maintenance. This was OK, but didn't appreciate having to clean up the insulation that was knocked out of the attic during inspection and still had to clean debris from under the outside units. Assuming proper maintenance was performed, it was worth the cost. Just wasn't overly impressed."

Csaba and Joseph arrived as scheduled and immediately started working to remove the old system and install the new system. They were friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and responsive to my numerous questions and inquiries. "Very good. Workers were prompt and answered all questions. I would have preferred they had left the area cleaner, however, it was not too bad of a cleanup for me. There is a rattle in the system which they have agreed to repair. Overall, it was a good experience and was completed within a few days. I definitely will request their service again when needed.
