Zoe was the first contractor to call me about 5 minutes after I logged the request for an Electrician to help install 7 smart switches in my home. Zoe came across as professional and since he was the first to call, I asked him to do the work. Zoe and one of his associates arrived at the time I asked. They were both very courteous and professional. They went right to work and did not speak with each other outside of coordinating the work. "SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."
