"I needed a tune up for my two heat pumps/heat function. ! was very happy with Nikki in the front office . She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner. "My AC system stopped working in the middle of the heat. I called Matson Mechanical and they came out and checked the system and had diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They left and about an hour later they had returned and repaired the system. They came out early the next day after I had called them. Repair cost was amazing and they didn?t try to sell me in anything I didn?t need. Considering it was an emergency, the pricing was affordable. Customer service was good.
