"We needed a new entertainment center built into the corner of our family room to accommodate at new TV.  We were told by another contractor that building at an angle would be impossible and that we should just tilt the TV.  We were also told that the unit would not be able to butt up against the brick fireplace, which would've been our preference.  Instead there would be a gap. <br /> Enter Steve Kane at Rans Group Inc.  He came to our home and spent much time explaining exactly what he could do, and that included building the unit at an angle.  He did agree with the other contractor that the unit would not be able to meet the brick, as I had hoped. <br /> I was unsure what the unit would look like, so he took all measurements home with him and brought back several versions of what he could do.  Again, he was in our home for quite some time.  He wanted to make sure everyone was on the same page and that we would be happy with his work.  That day we agreed on one of the ideas he had come up with.  Modified a few things, and sent him home with a deposit and a promised date for installation, that being  Tuesday, June 19th. <br /> Last week he called me and asked if he could push installation to Friday.  I told him that it would be a problem as the TV installers were coming on Wednesday.  He said "no problem," he would make it work, and he did.   <br /> He showed up Tuesday...on time.  The unit in my family room is beautiful.  Perfect.  And for me...NOTHING is ever perfect!  Yes, it is at an angle like he promised PLUS he was able to butt it up against the brick!  He had said he didn't think he could do it, the other guy said "no way", but Steve found a way.  I'm impressed. <br /> Where was Steve when we re-did the kitchen? Wish I had known him then.  <br />"

"Tom, the owner, is extremely professional.  He has done work for me before (backyard gate and concrete installation).  I contacted him about this situation and he came right out to help.  I had to nudge them for a quick estimate, but it's a small inconvenience considering the trust I have in this company.  Brian, his worker, came right on time, was friendly and ready to work, did a FANTASTIC job, cleaned everything beautifully, and made my kitchen look just like I wanted.  I will ALWAYS call this company first from now on.  And in case you're wondering who treated me so unprofessionally with my kitchen remodel?  Imperial Remodeling.  Never hire them. <br />"

Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"I had some issues requiring termite, and they applied orange oil--a very pleasant odor, and I didn't have to move myself, my pet, and food from the house (as with previous years-ago tenting). There was a problem with their subsequent repair work done to the wood, and I asked Dan Haakma, their wood repair specialist, to stop by to ensure the workers took care of everything. Unfortunately, much of the work was not done correctly. I was delighted to see that, instead of discovering this and then rescheduling the work, Dan stayed another 4 hours to complete the work himself--and done beautifully."

"Of the three major termite exterminators I checked, they had the best price for comprehensive service: soil treatment and bait stations. I had some trouble getting the correct phone number for the nearest branch from their headquarters, but the local office staff was very responsive and I was able to get a Saturday appointment that very weekend. David, the one who performed the actual treatment, was extremely professional, courteous and happy to answer all my questions. He really went the extra mile: I had forgotten to clear off my patio for him to access the walls of the house and not only did he help me move everything, but he put all of it back when he was finished, exactly where it had been. This guy deserves a commendation, and I will recommend Clark to everyone I know."
