One of my (appropriately) torsion spring cables snapped out of place on the door and required replacement. The door wouldn't function well/at all as it was, so I needed to get it fixed quickly so we could use the garage and not need to leave it open all day. I was contacted by Alex, the owner, about 30 minutes after I put the request in. We talked through my issue, sharing pictures via text of what had broken so he knew what was going on. Total turnaround time was less than *six freakin' hours* and I am thrilled with how well it all went.
