"Pros: The initial conversation and exchanges were great. Their quote was in line with other companies we got quotes for. They did the work efficiently and close to on-time. They filled the gaps and small cracks on the pool surface and repainted as requested. Cons: They didn't clean up after the work and after calling them several times over with promise of coming back to clean up, it never happened. Eventually we had to remove it all ourselves. The poor workmanship doesn't really show until a year later. We had a crack in the pool that grew significantly which lead to us draining the pool again for the repair. Once drained, we noticed the paint work they did started bubbling up and created very some very unsightly marks all over the pool."

I am available to help with all aspects of the project from concept to finish. I am also architecturally qualified to assist in the design concepts. I personally do most of the detail work and finish work myself and am qualified as a master-carpenter. I'm probably one of the few "working contractors" still around. He is extremely focused on problem resolution, patiently explaining each issue he uncovered, showing what was wrong and how to make it right, and keeping costs from spiraling out of control. Our new bathroom is fresh and modern, and more importantly leak free. I have been enjoying this bathroom since the project finished in December. John is fantastic!"
