These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. "Overall, I was pleased with the result. The scheduling of the initial estimate and the start of the work were not smooth. The estimator missed the original appointment. Later, once I sent my deposit for the work in, I there was no communication for quite some time from anyone. I had to call and ask when they would be coming to do the work. I also had to persuade them to install the Thermal Dry tile, which they initially did not want to do, as they had no experience with it. They did not order enough of the tile, which delayed the job. However, the installers, once they got started, in particular Daniel, were very professional and punctual. My house was recently on a neighborhood Home Tour and half a dozen people wanted to know about the Thermal Dry tiles for possible installation in their own basements. I wouldn't be surprised if that product starts being in high demand."
