I want to know exactly what I am being charged for each item, not just a total. It is also flummoxing that it cost an additional $20 to pay a year's contract up front than to pay monthly. This is mind-boggling. No one is allowed to auto-debit my checking account. I pay in full. Other than these small issues unrelated to the repair itself, all went well."
